American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Fresno is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fresno follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This place is incredible. Everything is fresh and made with love. The owner Varuzh took the time to explain each dish to us and what made it special. My two year old son refuses to eat almost everything but devoured the cheese borek. The Ajarakan was incredible and worth the wait. Such a fun experience trying everything on the menu. Definitely worth driving out of your way. A must vist location when visiting Fresno.

The service was fine met this fine lad. I ordered one of their cheese infused breads and it was disgusting itβs not only cold bread, but after they make it they just leave it out with a layer of wrapping plastic. Not only that, it tasted like the hardest saltiest pieces of bread Iβve ever had with cold hard even more salty cheese. I guess you have to come early in the morning if u want it warm.
